CUT3 Time TellTale enables you to monitor :

• the time that a machine has been active, 
• which documents have been worked on,  
• how long the documents were worked on
• who worked on the documents
• which machine
• the Process
• the path to the document
• the document type
• the document creator
• the date the work undertake
• the time that work on the document started

Time Tell Tale provides you with an update of the latest info :

• current open document info
• inactivity status
• Front process info
  
  
  
• recently 'closed' documents
  
  
  
  

for those applications defined as to be tracked

and an overview of all previously recorded data is available in a local 'Valentina' database, to be viewed either by date or using an SQL query.

CUT3 Collector is required for automated data entry to a Helix Collection.
CUT3 Time TellTale can be used as a 'standalone application'.
Current options enable

• data selection and export to TAB CR delimited text files, 
• Time totals for selected records
• user defined Sql queries 

A future version will contain reporting and job management capabilities and access to different databases.
